Espreson Media giving away another freebies. This is another Icon and i.e. Newly launched Indian Rupee Symbol. After Google Buzz icon this is second freebies from Espreson Media.

Why, Indian Rupee Symbol Icon?

On 15th of July, 2010 India stepped into another milestone by symbolizing its currency Rupee and got entry into première currency symbol club of US dollar, euro, British pound and Japanese yen. The Symbol is blend of Devanagri ‘Ra’ and Roman ‘R’. This Indian Rupee Symbol is among 3000 entries and Bombay IIT post-graduate D Udaya Kumar is the lucky champ, who bagged the designer award of the symbol.

Being resident of India, it is my proud privilege to represent our nations currency symbol in graphical format. It’s widely known right now that Mangalore based Foradian Technologies Pvt Ltd has created a font (Rupee_Foradian) to represent our new symbol. Rupee Foradian font can be downloaded from http://blog.foradian.com, free-of-cost. So, viewing on this Espreson Media planned and finished two flavors of the Rupee Symbol.

Seeing the growing demand from the side of Espreson readers, I have decided to add 4 more different resolution of Google Buzz Icon. Although I have discarded my previous design. This set is freshly designed by Espreson Media.
