This time I am going off topic this time, but this post doesn’t goes beyond technology related. Being part of Mahalo I came to know about on-going technological development on LED TV and from that time onwards I was keen to know and see more on LED TV. Alas I couldn’t take glimpse of this new innovative TV, because no such company in India had launched it. Although there was some hope left out, I could virtually watch and know more on it. But, right now my previous virtual tour is getting converted into reality.
We, being part of Indian continent can take glimpse of this new species. Because, Samsung has already launched LED TV in different parts of Asian continent including in India also.
My virtual tour at Samsung India site has increased my interest on LED TV to a new level. Previously I did know that LED TV consumes less power, but had bit confusion about picture quality. But, this Samsung LED TV being equipped with Full HD 1080P and 100Hz refresh rate, I think we will not be upset anymore on the contrast, colour and clarity of the picture. Beside picture quality I have found some attractive features which follows as,
- Stunning slim body (depth of 2.99 cm) which much goes ahead of LCD TV.

- Crystal design
- Consumes at most 40% less power compared to LCD TV. Apart from that it’s a lead as well as mercury-free. That means cost-cutting as well as greener way to live with this species.
- The most innovative add-on in this TV are Conte
nt Library Flash, USB 2.0 Movie ready, DLNA Wireless, etc. which I think will give extra added benefit beside seeing our favorite movies and soaps.
Regarding sound, as this LED TV powered with Samsung’s WS1 Sound Bar Surround System with powerful 100w wireless subwoofer, I think this type of sound features will charm us same as like picture quality.
So, it’s time for me. I must go to Samsung store and watch this new species with my human sense and make a plan to bring it home within couple of month.
