Getting spam comment is not a new to every blogger. To look at spammers activity WordPress has included Akismet Stats. As per Akismet Stats, Akismet has caught 41,576 spams at an overall accuracy rate of 99.823% for my blog Espreson.com. Now, if you look at overall global data of Akismet Stats, you will be amazed. There is sharp increasing of Orange bar(Spam). Just look at the Live! Stats. So, Akismet is doing its business behind the scene. To give extra protection, I implemented Captcha plug-ins.
